Reservation

No prepayment is taken at the time of booking.

A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all bookings.

Please ensure that the card provided is valid and has sufficient funds, as it will be charged 4 days prior to arrival.

We require a valid mobile contact number (available on WhatsApp if possible) and a current email address to confirm your booking and to contact you regarding payment if necessary. If we are unable to contact you or process payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation (by email only)

• 5+ days before arrival - No charge

• 4–2 days - 1 night charge

• 2–1 day - 2 nights charge

• No-show - 100% charge

Check-in: 15:00

Check-out: 11:00

To confirm your booking and provide you with the PIN code for access to the house, we need your valid mobile number (WhatsApp if possible) and current email address.

Balance due 6 weeks before arrival (email reminder sent).
