Cancellation Policy Foley's Guesthouse by email 5 days prior to arrival no charge, 4-2 days prior to arrival 1 night charge, 2-1 day prior to arrival 2 nights charge. No-show: 100% charge of the reservation amount. check in 14.00 Check is 11:00am.  If you are to arrive later than 18.00  notify us of your estimated arrival time. If one the day your reservation is due to commence, that you have not arrived by 18.00, we have the right to charge your card to ascertain its authenticity. If there should be insufficient means to cover you accommodation costs, we will try and contact you at the phone number you have given, to ascertain your location, if we are unsuccessful in contacting you, then we have no choice but to cancel the reservation immediately. We cannot be held responsible if you arrive later in the evening, and there is no availability for you, as we have done our utmost to ascertain your whereabouts. Legal Governance Your booking is governed by Irish law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between foleys and you.. Guest behavior You are expected to conduct yourself at all times in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the quiet enjoyment of other guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your booking and the booking of any members of your party 

FOLEYS SELF CATERING  HOLIDAY HOMES CHEK IN 15;00 CHEK OUT11;00

1. A non–refundable booking deposit OF 25% is required to confirm accommodation  per unit per week . Confirmation will be issued to you upon receipt of deposit. In case of cancellations due to travel restrictions although non-refundable, this deposit will be fully transferable and can be held in credit to be used against any ACCOMODATION with FOLEYS over the next five years. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. WE WILL EMAIL Guests regarding FINAL  payment  6 WEEKS IN ADVANCE

 In event of cancellation the following charges will apply:

a) Booking deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances

b) 6 to 2 weeks before date of arrival 50% cancellation charge will apply

c) 2 weeks or less before date of arrival 100% cancellation charge will apply
