Loved staying at Foleys while on a hiking trip at St Patricks wknd. All the staff were really very helpful & friendly & I really appriecated the continental breakfast, requested at short notice, for my early starts hiking the fabulous mountains of Kerry. The room was fresh, clean and very comfortable, the ensuite shower was the best ever and wifi 100%. The atmosphere in Foleys is genuine, you can sense that they have been taking care of both locals and weary travellers for generations and know just what their visitors need. My friends, who rented a house 5km outside Kenmare, regretted not booking in and missed all the craic of staying at an authentic Irish hostelry. Highly recommend Foleys.
